Run a demo around the customer’s needs. Agree on a focused trial, the desired outcome and the next meeting. We help with the technical setup.

Close the deal

Follow the trial, confirm the value the customer sees and agree on what comes next. You own the sales process and a clear handover to customer support.

You work directly with Juuso. Review calls, demos and customer feedback together and improve how we sell.

You get onboarding, a demo environment and tools for prospecting, calling and tracking your pipeline. You don’t need to know how to code.

First Mate owns product development, technical setup and technical customer support. You keep the sales process and customer commitments clear.

You know outbound sales.

A target-driven SDR or BDR background is a strong starting point if you want to own the whole deal. We value evidence of your results and the ability to improve with feedback.

You have actively prospected by phone and know your own results.
You listen to business owners, ask useful questions and agree on a clear next step.
You manage your own work and follow through, including when a deal takes several conversations.
You can sell in Finnish and work remotely. Experience closing your own B2B deals is a plus.
